The Tiny Table Three carries the maker’s mark of Studio Floris Wubben, who has spent over a decade re-engineering industrial extrusion machines by hand in his Haarlem workshop, then lets them behave unpredictably, treating each pull of clay or resin as a negotiation between human intention and mechanical chance.
The Tiny Table Three carries the Killing My Darlings logic furthest of the trio, its glazed stoneware body cut back until only an angular, almost geological form is left standing. Pictured in H30 dark brown cream, with a vivid L52 lapis and mottled L55 serpent glaze also available, it is a small object with an outsized presence, proof that Wubben’s act of subtraction can produce forms just as compelling as his extrusions.
