Studio MTX is a French Maison d’art founded in 2013 within Atelier Montex, which had brought the art of embroidery into the realm of interior architecture. The studio creates bespoke pieces for the most demanding architectural projects: embroidery is freed from its traditional support to structure and animates space. Part of CHANEL’s Métiers d’Art ecosystem since 2011, resident of le19M, Studio MTX has been under the artistic direction of Mathieu Bassée since 2017.
