L’Œil de KO

Stories Editor's Pick L’Œil de KO

Unique objects imbued with history and beauty, now on view in our galleries.

We are delighted to introduce the unique collections of handcrafted objects specially curated by L’Œil de KO. Rare pieces imbued with history and beauty carefully handpicked to elevate our latest exhibitions in London and New York. Conceived by the architect duo Studio KO, under the artistic direction of Nathalie Guihaumé, L’Œil de KO reflects their passion for sharing what they love: rare, unexpected objects that find new meaning within contemporary interiors. Through careful sourcing and thoughtful curation, L’Œil de KO offers a distinctive, bespoke collection—from elegant tableware to unique, culturally relevant finds—imparting a subtle, poetic touch that adds depth to the décor. Emotional Resonance: The French have an expression, “supplément d’âme,” roughly translated as “an extra measure of soul,” describing something that transcends mere functionality by offering deeper emotional resonance. By curating site-specific objects, L’Œil de KO materializes this intangible quality, infusing interiors with added depth and meaning. This unique curatorial approach resonates profoundly with collectors seeking that extra measure of soul for their beautiful homes.
L’Œil de KO’s exclusive curation service is available through Invisible Collection. Contact us to find out more.

Studio KO

The founders of Studio KO, Karl Fournier and Olivier Marty, met during their studies at the Beaux-Arts in Paris. In 2000, they created their architecture and interior design agency, which now employs some fifty employees. With offices in Paris, Marrakesh and London they seduce the world with their clean architectural lines and their respect for the surrounding environment, focusing on local and natural materials. The name Studio KO echoes the timeless aesthetics and defends an architecture that blends tradition with modernity, using clean lines and raw materials such as stone, wood or hammered iron, rejecting the smooth; favouring texture.
