The Panama Rug by Armadillo is crafted by hand using a soumak method, interweaving jute with virgin wool. The plaited fibre is left raw and full of tonal depth before being dyed to create subtle variations in colour and a unique, one-of-a-kind piece.
Each rug is handcrafted by skilled artisans who master ancestral techniques such as hand knotting, weaving, and tufting. Due to its handmade nature, there may be slight variations in size and colour, and the patterns may adjust proportionally when the rug is scaled to different sizes. Colours are subject to sample approval and colours shown may vary with lighting and environment.
