Vis-À-Vis Paris was founded as a haute-couture linen house, dedicated to hand-embroidered household linens made with the patience and precision of couture ateliers. Relaunched under Véronique Taittinger, the maison kept its in-house embroidery workshops at the heart of every piece it produces.

The Pomegranate Placemat & Napkin set is hand embroidered in the Vis-À-Vis Paris studio on 100% Belgian linen, its cluster of ruby-red seeds worked stitch by stitch in graduated colour shades that give the fruit real depth and shine on the table. Bespoke colourways can be embroidered to order, but the ripe, jewel-toned original captures the maison’s talent for turning a single motif from nature into a small textile still life.
