A surrealist dream takes shape across the Stellar linen tablecloth by Anut Cairo, hand-crafted in Cairo by skilled artisans at the Anut Cairo Embroidery Training Centre (TOH). Planets, stars and the Goddess Nut, goddess of the sky and protector of the world, come together in an eclectic, fantastical mix, to make any alfresco feast feel joyful and spirited.
Founded by Goya Gallagher, ANUT draws its name from Nut, the ancient Egyptian goddess of the skies. This new lifestyle brand celebrates Egyptian heritage and craftsmanship, bringing the light, warmth, and magic of this unique country into homes around the world. At its core, ANUT is about people—fostering communities and engaging with local craftspeople, designers, and creatives. From their busy embroidery school, which enables women to learn a skill and work from home, to an Artist Residency programme that connects artists to a flourishing community of artisans working with ANUT, beautiful millennial crafts remain relevant in contemporary décor.
